Yellow Jacket Women Swimming Falls to Case Western Reserve

CLEVELAND, OHIO –
The Baldwin-Wallace College women's swimming and diving teams fell to host Case Western Reserve University tonight (Friday, January 27, 2012) at the Veale Natatorium.

The Yellow Jacket women lost to Case, 165-110. With these loses, the B-W women are now 4-6 overall.

The women were led by sophomore Emma Gerdes (Avon) who won the 50-yard backstoke in a time of 30.36. Also for the women four-time NCAA Division III All-American junior diver Julie Pinter (Broadview Heights/ Brecksville-Broadview Hts.) won the 1-meter event with 261.15  points and won the 3-meter event with 258.85.

The Yellow Jackets return to action tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 28 when they travel to OAC rival John Carroll University at the William H. Johnson Natatorium at 1:00 p.m.
