ACADEMIC MAJOR:   Business Administration

BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Jake Liebler played his third season of men's tennis at Baldwin Wallace University in 2015-2016. The Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference and ITA (Intercollegiate Tennis Association) Scholar Athlete earned his third varsity letter.

ACADEMIC HONORS:  Jake carries a 3.586 grade point average, is a Dean's List student and a Jacket Scholar.

ACADEMIC ALL-OAC HONORS:  As a junior in 2015-2016, Jake earned Academic All-OAC honors.

ITA SCHOLAR-ATHLETE HONORS:  As a sophomore in 2014-2015 and junior in 2015-2016, Jake earned ITA Scholar Athlete honors.

THROUGH-THE-YEARS:  As a freshman in 2013-2014, Jake played his first season of tennis and earned his first varsity letter. He compiled a 7-3 singles record. He also had a 6-0 doubles record.  BW finished 19-4 overall.

As a sophomore in 2014-2015, Jake played his second season of tennis and earned his second varsity letter. He started at No.4 singles and combined with classmate Nathan Katz '17 for a 14-9 slate in doubles. BW finished 15-6 overall.

As a junior in 2015-2016, Jake played his third season of tennis and earned his third letter. He started at No.6 singles and alternated at No.3 doubles. Jake compiled a 16-8 singles mark, including a 12-6 slate at No.6. He also had a 6-3 record in doubles play. For his efforts both in the classroom and on the court, he earned Academic All-OAC honors. Jake helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 24-5 overall and 7-1 OAC regular season mark and place second at the 2016 OAC Tournament.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Jake Liebler grew up in Medina, Ohio and graduated from Medina High School.

Jake played four seasons of tennis and earned four varsity letters. He was a first-team All-Northeast Ohio Conference and first-team All-Medina County selection.

Academically, Jake was a Scholar Athlete.
