ACADEMIC MAJOR: Sport Management
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Gavin Bushong played his third season of men's tennis at Baldwin Wallace University in 2016-2017. The Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference student-athlete received a certificate of participation.
ACADEMIC HONORS: Gavin carries a 3.55 grade point average and is a Jacket Scholar. As a sophomore in 2014-2015, he earned Academic All-OAC honors.
GENERAL TENNIS INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2013-2014, Gavin played his first season of tennis and received a certificate of participation. He did not play in any varsity matches. BW finished 19-4 overall.
As a sophomore in 2014-2015, Gavin played his second season of tennis and received his second certificate of participation. He played in one varsity singles match and had a 1-0 record. Gavin earned Academic All-OAC honors. BW finished 15-6 overall.
As a junior in 2015-2016, Gavin played his third season of tennis and received a certificate of participation. He did not see any varsity action. Gavin helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 24-5 overall and 7-1 OAC regular season mark and place second at the 2016 OAC Tournament..

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Gavin Bushong grew up in Marysville, Ohio and graduated from Marysville High School.
Gavin played tennis for two years and earned one varsity letter. He was an OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association) District qualifier.
