BEREA, Ohio – Following a shortened season due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, Head Coach Dean Morse, the Baldwin Wallace University women's tennis team and the Ohio Athletic Conference are poised to return for a full slate of action this spring and have released their 2021 schedule. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Yellow Jackets will play a conference only schedule, with their first action set to begin for BW on April 7.

The schedule will consist of seven matches, with the Yellow Jackets facing each team in the OAC once. Matches will take place on Wednesday's and Saturday's with each team receiving two bye weeks.

The Yellow Jackets begin the season with those two bye weeks, before opening their season on Wednesday, April 7 against the University of Mount Union. On April 10, the Yellow Jackets will end their brief homestand with a match against Muskingum University.

BW heads out on the road for just one match against Ohio Northern University on April 14, before returning home to host Otterbein University on April 17. The Yellow Jackets will end their regular season with a road match at Marietta College on April 24, a home match against John Carroll University on April 28 and the regular season finale at Capital University on May 1.

Following the conclusion of the regular season, the OAC will host the top four teams to decide the league champion. The semifinals will begin on May 7 and the final will occur on May 8 at the Lindner Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio.
