BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's soccer team fell short to The College of Wooster in a non-conference game by a final score of 1-0 on the Tressel Field inside the George Finnie Stadium.
BW Leaders (3-4-1)
- Sophomore goalkeeper Sam Cipriano (Massillon / Jackson) recorded three saves
- Senior forward Julian Kieres (Lakewood) made three shots with two on goal
Wooster Leaders (3-3-2)
- Junior midfielder Max Wiley scored the unassisted game-winning goal at the 52:24 mark
- Senior goalkeeper Gabriel Thomas made two saves with both on goal
First Half
- BW won the corner kick battle by a 2-1 margin
- Wooster made two saves with both on goal
- The Yellow Jackets outshot Wooster 8-3
Second Half
- Wooster outshot the Yellow Jackets 6-3
- The Yellow Jackets and Wooster each had two corner kicks
- BW made the only two saves of period two
