BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's soccer team won its second straight home contest as it defeated Thiel (Pa.) College in a non-conference game by a final score of 5-1 on the Tressel Field inside the George Finnie Stadium. 

BW Leaders (2-2-1)

• Senior forward Julian Kieres (Lakewood), sophomore Mike Kane (Kent/Hudson), aophomore midfielder Mathew Skladany (Cleveland/St. Edward), freshman forward Alex Horak (Ravenna/Roosevelt) and freshman forward Jacob Frank (Dublin/Coffman) all accounted for a goal
• Senior midfielder Alex Gibson (Olmsted Township/Olmsted Falls), junior forward Evan Scott (Powell/Olentangy Liberty) and freshman forward Cimi Halilaj (Westlake) all tallied an assist
• Sophomore netminder Sam Cipriano (Massillon/Jackson) faced one shot and allowed one goals in the first half
• Freshman goalkeeper Seth Warrick (Avon) faced one shot and made one save in the second half

Thiel Leaders (1-3-1)

• Evan Young scored the lone goal
• Nick Kristian faced 30 shots, including 14 on goal, and allowed five goals with nine saves
