SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): As a junior in 2012, Nolan competed in his third season of baseball and earned his third varsity letter.

ATHLETIC HONORS: As a sophomore in 2011, Nolan was named as an honorable mention All-Ohio Athletic Conference performer. As a freshman in 2010, Nolan received the Most Outstanding Freshman Award and the Gold Glove Award, as decided on by the B-W coaching staff. 

GENERAL BASEBALL INFORMATION: Nolan has had a solid baseball career thus far. B-W has recorded a 56-53-1 record during his first three seasons in the Brown & Gold. For his career, Nolan is hitting .316 (93-for-294) with 85 runs scored, 10 doubles, 12 triples, 34 RBI and is 36-for-41 in stolen base attempts. Historically, Nolan is two triple's short of BW's All-Time record of 14 for a career set by Cody Kidd '09, and he is tied with Kidd for the record of triples in a single season with six.

As a freshman in 2010, Nolan played in his first season of baseball and earned his first varsity letter, starting in centerfield.  He appeared in 33 games starting all of them. Nolan hit .333 (43-for-129) from the lead-off spot with six doubles, a team-leading four triples, and scored a team-high 44 runs.  He also had 16 runs batted in and was first on the team with 13 stolen bases.  Nolan was also outstanding in the field, with a 1.000 fielding percentage in 88 opportunities.  Nolan recieved the Most Outstanding Freshman Award and the Gold Glove Award, as decided on by the B-W coaching staff.  B-W finished with a record of 12-23-1.

As a sophomore in 2011, Nolan played in his second season of baseball.  He started all 34 games in centerfield.  Nolan hit a team-leading .308 (37-of-120) with four doubles, six triples, 11 RBI and scored 33 runs.  He was 16-of-19 for stolen bases and recorded a .988 fielding percentage making only one error in 86 chances.  Nolan was named Team Most Valuable Player, decided on by the players, and to the All-OAC Honorable Mention Team.  B-W finished 17-17.

As a junior in 2012, Nolan played in his third season of baseball. Nolan appeared in 15 games and started 13 of them but his season was cut short due to injury. He batted .289 (13-of-45) with eight runs scored, two triples, and seven RBI. During his short season he swiped seven bases on the year.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, SPECIFY SPORT & YEAR: (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.): In baseball as a junior, Nolan was honorable mention All-Lorain County.  As a senior, he was All-Lorain County and All-Northeast Ohio Conference. He also earned the team's Outstanding Defensive Player Award for three years. In football, he was honorable mention All-Lorain County as a junior and earned the Coaches Award as a senior.
