BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a sophomore in 2015-2016, Mike played his second season of lacrosse and hopes to earn his second varsity letter. The All-Ohio Athletic Conference goalie hopes to earn his second varsity letter.
ATHLETICS HONORS: As a freshman in 2014-2015, Mike was an All-OAC honorable mention.As a freshman and sophomore, Mike was named the OAC Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week on March 26, 2015 and March 29, 2016.
GENERAL LACROSSE INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2014-2015, Mike played his first season of lacrosse and earned his first varsity letter. He was named as the OAC Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week on March 16, 2015 for leading BW to a 3-0 record the previous week. He also earned honorable mention All-OAC honors. Mike started all 15 games, including 795:05, allowed 83 goals (6.26 goals-per-game) with a .539 save percentage and 97 saves. He had a 12-3 mark in goal. BW finished with a school-record 12 victories, including a record 11 straight wins to start the season, a 12-3 record and advanced to the OAC Tournament semi-finals.
As a sophomore in 2015-2016, Mike played his second season of lacrosse and earned his second varsity letter. The team's starting goalie was the NCAA Division III statistical champion for goals-against average only allowing 4.72 goals per game. Mike played in all 17 games, won a career-high 14 games and made a career-high 101 saves. In a non-conference game at Alfred (N.Y.) University on March 19, 2016 Mike made a career-high tying 11 saves.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Mike Dizonno grew up in Buffalo Grove, Illinois and graduated from Adlai E. Stevenson High School.
Mike played four years of football and earned two varsity letters. He also played four years of lacrosse and lettered twice.
In lacrosse, Mike was the team Most Valuable Player as a senior and the Defensive MVP as a junior.
