ACADEMIC MAJOR: Biology
BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a junior in 2015-2016, Austen played his third season of lacrosse and earned his third varsity letter.
GENERAL LACROSSE INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2013-2014, Austen played his first season of lacrosse and earned his first varsity letter. He was the back up goalie and played three games (33:28), allowed two goals, had a .714 save percentage and made five saves. BW finished 7-7 overall.
As a sophomore in 2014-2015, Austen played his second season of lacrosse and earned his second letter. He played in five games (45:05), allowed one goal with a .750 save percentage and three saves. BW finished with a school-record 12 victories, including a record 11 straight wins to start the season, a 12-3 record and advanced to the OAC Tournament semi-finals.
As a junior in 2015-2016, Austen played his third season of lacrosse and earned his third letter. He played 17 minutes in the net for the Yellow Jackets and made seven saves.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Austen grew up in Brunswick, Ohio and graduated from Padua Franciscan High School.
Austen played hockey and lacrosse.
In hockey, he was an honorable mention All-Red North pick and the Padua H.S. Most Valuable Player.
In lacrosse, Austen was a first-team All-North Coast League selection, the NCL League MVP, the Padua MVP, and Defensive Player of the Year.
Austen also was a member of the German Club.
