BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Kelsey Blatt played four seasons tennis at Baldwin Wallace University, earned four varsity letters, was a four-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference and three-time Academic All-OAC selection and is among the all-time winningest singles and doubles student-athletes.

CAREER LEADERS:  Kelsey ended her career tied for 20th all-time with 41 singles wins and tied for 12th with 49 doubles victories.

ACADEMICS:  Kelsey carried a 3.5 grade point average and was a Dean's List student and Jacket Scholar.

ACADEMIC ALL-OAC:  As a sophomore in 2013-2014, junior in 2014-2015 and senior in 2015-2016, Kelsey earned Academic All-OAC honors.

ALL-OAC HONORS:  Kelsey was a four-time All-OAC selection. As a senior in 2016-2017, Kelsey earned first-team All-OAC honors. As a freshman in 2012-2013, sophomore in 2013-2014 and junior in 2014-2015, Kelsey earned second-team All-OAC honors.

CAREER SYNOPSIS:   Kelsey earned four varsity letters and helped the Yellow Jackets win 37 matches. She also served as a team captain. Kelsey ranked in a tie for 20th all-time in singles with 41 wins and a 41-62 career mark and tied for 12th in doubles with 49 victories and a 49-53 career mark.

THROUGH-THE-YEARS:   As a freshman in 2012-2013, Kelsey played in her first season of tennis and earned her first varsity letter.  She played No. 2 singles and had a 14-11 singles mark, including winning seven of her last 10 matches.  She also played No. 1 doubles with Rebecca Mittler '13 and had a 13-13 overall mark, including an 8-0 and undefeated OAC record. She earned second-team All-OAC honors. BW finished 11-10 overall.  

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Kelsey played her second season of tennis and earned her second letter. She played No.1 singles and had a 7-19 mark and No.1 doubles and had a 10-17 overall mark. She earned second-team All-OAC honors for the second straight season and was an Academic All-OAC choice. BW finished 7-16 overall.

As a junior in 2014-2015, Kelsey played her third season of tennis, earned her third letter and was a team captain. She started at No.1 singles and No.1 doubles. She compiled a 7-19 mark in singles and a 10-16 slate in doubles with Mackenzie Donalson '17 as her partner. Kelsey earned Academic All-OAC honors for the second straight year and second-team All-OAC honors for the third straight season. BW finished 5-18 overall.

As a senior in 2015-2016, Kelsey played in her fourth season of tennis and earned her fourth varsity letter. She started at No.1 singles and No.1 doubles. In singles, she compiled a 13-14 record. In doubles, Kelsey combined with freshman Imani Robinson '19 and had a 17-9 mark. Kelsey earned Academic All-OAC honors for the third straight year and was a first-team All-OAC choice and earned All-OAC accolades for the fourth straight season. BW finished 14-10 overall and advanced to the OAC semifinals.

OTHER ORGANIZATIONS:  Kelsey is a four-year student assistant in the sports information office.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Kelsey Blatt grew up in Tallmadge, Ohio and graduated from Tallmadge High School.

Kelsey played four years of tennis and earned four varsity letters. She also played softball for four seasons and earned three varsity letters. 

In tennis, Kelsey was a three-time first-team All-Suburban League selection and earned second-team once. As a senior, she was a District qualifier. Kelsey holds the Tallmadge High School record the most career singles wins as a girl's player, and the second most career wins overall.

In softball, Kelsey was a two-time All-SL Pick. She earned second-team honors as a junior and was an honorable mention pick as a sophomore. 

Academically, Kelsey was a member of the National Honor Society and a Distinguished Scholar.
