BEREA, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University Interim Director of Athletics Joh  Snell '87 has announced the hiring of Nate Mason as the athletics equipment manager.  Mason will start his duties on April. 5

"We are excited to have Nate join the BW Athletic Family," said Snell.  "He brings experience, knowledge and a pure excitement for the profession to our department.  We appreciate having people who love what they do in our department and there is no doubt that Nate has a passion for working in the equipment world.  We look forward to him helping our programs become the model for Division III Athletics."

Mason comes to BW after serving as the football recruiting liaison and equipment manager at Central Michigan University for one season. Before Central Michigan, he was a preseason equipment intern with the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL) in the summer of 2019.   Mason also was a seasonal intern for the 2018 season with the NFL's New York Jets.

Mason earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Communications with a minor in leadership from Central Michigan University.
