BEREA, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University Coordinator of Cross Country and Track and Field Joe Eby has announced the addition of Ben Bockoven to the men's and women's cross country and track and field coaching staffs.
Bockoven comes to BW after earning a Master's of Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Xavier University.
"I'm really excited to add Coach Bockoven to our staff, stated Eby. "Our student-athletes will benefit from his knowledge and skill and we are excited to have him here in Berea."
During his time at Xavier, Bockoven was a four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field. He served as a team captain during his senior campaign for both sports. The Cincinnati native was a four-time Big East All-Academic Team selection.
Bockoven resides in Berea.
