Swimming and Diving Announces 2019-20 Schedule

BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's and women's swimming and diving teams under the direction of ninth-year Head Coach Laura Demaline begins its 2019-20 season at the Case Western Reserve University on October 4.

There is no place like home should be the mantra for BW in October as the Yellow Jackets have five home meets.   BW hosts the annual Brown and Yellow Intrasquad Meet on Saturday, October 5.  Two weeks later, the Yellow Jackets open Ohio Athletic Conference action against Wilmington College on October 19.  October ends with the two-day BW Fall Duals against Bethany (W. Va.) College, Manchester (Ind.) University and NCAA Division II Ursuline College.

The Yellow Jackets close out their homestand and open the month of November with a dual meet against Ohio Wesleyan University on November 2.   BW then hits the road for an OAC dual meet against the University of Mount Union on November 8 and a non-conference dual against Penn State Behrend College on November 9.   The Yellow Jackets close out the month with a trip to nearby Oberlin to compete in the three-day Oberlin College Invitational on November 22-24.

The first half of the season finishes up with the annual December training trip to Sarasota, Florida and a non-conference dual meet with Randolph Macon (Va.) College on December 18 at the Arlington Park Aquatic Center.

BW will have four dual meets in the month of January and February.  The Yellow Jackets open the second half of the season with an OAC dual at home against Ohio Northern University on January 17.   BW closes out OAC action on January 18 with a trip to crosstown rival John Carroll University.  The Yellow Jackets host their final home meet on Seniors' Day against The College of Wooster on January 25.  BW finishes its regular season with a road dual meet against Case Western Reserve University on February 1.

The Yellow Jackets serve as the host university for the 2020 OAC Championships at the Ocasek Natatorium on the campus of the University of Akron from February 13-15.

The 2020 NCAA Division III Championships will be contested on March 18-21 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.
