AUSTIN, Texas –  Baldwin Wallace University junior All-Ohio Athletic Conference and Academic All-OAC wrestler Stanley Bleich (North Ridgeville/Elyria Catholic) and senior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC women's lacrosse defender Hannah Stein (Medina/Highland) have been named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Division III At-Large Academic All-American team.

Bleich, who carries a 3.85 grade point average in English and religion, garners his first Academic All-American accolade as he was selected to the second-team.  Bleich becomes just the second wrestler to earn the honor joining Jesse Gunter in 2015-16. He is a two-time Academic All-OAC selection, three-time National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Scholar All-American honoree, Dean's List Student, Jacket Scholar and a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society. On the mat, he is a three-time All-OAC selection, two-time National Qualifier, two-time OAC Wrestler of the Week winner and a two-time All-Central Region selection.  For his career, Bleich ranks 16th in school history with 92 victories and a 92-18 overall record.  He has tallied 29 major decisions, nine pins and two technical falls.

Stein, who carries a 3.99 grade point average in an international business and finance, earns her first Academic All-American accolade as she was selected to the second-team. Stein becomes just the second women's lacrosse player to earn the honor joining Maddie Russell in 2016-17. She is a three-time Academic All-OAC selection, Dean's List student, Jacket Scholar and member of the Alpha Lambda Delta and Chi Alpha Sigma honoraries.  On the field, Stein is a three-time All-OAC selection, 2019 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWCLA) All-Great Lakes Region first-team selection and the 2019 OAC Defensive Player of the Year. For her career, Stein appeared in 52 games, recording 43 goals and 10 assists for 53 points.  She also tallied 114 ground balls, 229 draw controls, and 82 caused turnovers. She is the school-record holder for draw controls in a game, draw controls in a season, draw controls in a career, caused turnovers in a game and free position shooting percentage in a game. Stein also ranks fourth in caused turnovers, sixth in ground balls, seventh in free position shooting percentage and eighth in games played, eighth in free position goals and eighth in free position shots on the program's all-time career leaderboards. 

Bleich and Stein become the fourth and fifth Yellow Jacket student-athletes to be named as Academic All-Americans in 2019-20.  BW now has 122 all-time Academic All-Americans, which is more than any Division III college or university in the OAC or the state of Ohio and ranks 11th nationally in Division III.
