Baseball Teams up with My Inner Warrior Foundation

BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University baseball team has partnered with the My Inner Warrior foundation for the 2018 season.

According to the foundation's website, My Inner Warrior "aims to provide greater opportunity throughout inner-city baseball programs … such as providing new equipment and volunteers to these programs."

With a goal of $20,000, proceeds from the 2018 season will benefit the Cleveland Baseball Federation to purchase new equipment for inner-city baseball leagues.

"This experience has been a blast so far," said Luke Razzante '21, president of My Inner Warrior and member of the BW baseball team. "We are excited to see how we can bring communities together to impact the lives of those who are underprivileged."

"We are so proud of Luke and the My Inner Warrior project," said head coach Brian Harrison. "The Hit Tracker program is a great idea and the proceeds will go to a great cause."

Wittenberg University baseball and Saint Anselm (N.H.) College baseball have also partnered with My Inner Warrior this season along with teams from Mayfield High School, St. Edward High School and Mentor High School
