Women's Basketball Congratulates Senior Gabby Garret

BEREA, Ohio –   The Baldwin Wallace University Athletic Department and women's basketball program would like to congratulate senior student-athlete Gabby Garrett on completing her outstanding athletic career at the University.

The University administration, faculty and staff congratulates Gabby on her outstanding athletic and academic career as well as her leadership to the women's basketball program. The University would like to wish Gabby all the best of luck in her future endeavors and hope that even after graduation that she comes back and visit us often. Gabby will always be a Yellow Jacket for Life (YJ4L).

Garrett is a biolgy major from Columbus, Ohio and a graduate of Bishop Watterson High School.   She is an All-Ohio Athletic Conference guard that earned her fourth varsity letter.  This season, Garrett appreared and started in all 15 games and was second on the team with a career-best 10.7 points-per-game and second in assists with 30. She also tallied 47 rebounds,  23 steals and four blocks.  Garrett scored a career-best 22 points in back-to-back games to open the 2021 season.  For her career, Garrett appeared in 94 games with 498 points, 149 points, 110 assists, 98 steals and 12 blocks. She ranks ninth is school history with a .7892 free throw percentage.
