BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Taylor Kinsey is playing in her second season of softball at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014. She will be seeking her first varsity letter. She transferred to BW in the spring of 2012 from Bowling Green State University.

HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Taylor Kinsey grew up in Jeromesville, Ohio and attended Ashland High School. She competed for years in softball and earned three varsity letters. Taylor also was a member of the Cheerleaders and the Competitive Cheerleading team. She served as a cheerleader in football as a sophomore and junior and earned two letters. She was a member of the Competitive Cheerleading team for four years and earned four letters.
In softball as a senior, Taylor was first-team All-Ohio Cardinal Conference, second-team All-District and played in both the Ashland Times-Gazette and Wooster Daily-Record All-Star games. She additionally won the Ashland H.S. "Big Stick" award, had the best batting average on the team and set a school record for hits in a single season. As a junior, she earned second-team All-OCC and second-team All-District accolades.
Academically, Taylor was a four-year Academic Scholar and a four-year Scholar-Athlete award winner.
