AUSTINTOWN, Ohio -- Baldwin Wallace University men's swimming and diving sophomore freestyler Kevin Hartenstein (Hermitage, Pa./Hickory) has been named to the 2017 Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference team. 

In order to be selected as Academic All-OAC a student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and maintain varsity status.

Hartenstein, who earns his first Academic All-OAC honor, is a Marketing major and carries a 3.54 grade point average. This season he recorded career-best times in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 52.57 seconds and 200-yard freestyle  with a finish of 1:54.15 at the OAC Championships.
