Men's Soccer Plays to Second Straight Double Overtime Draw

BEREA, Ohio -- For the second straight game, the Baldwin Wallace University men's soccer team played to a double overtime game as it played to a 0-0 draw with Otterbein University on the Tressel Field inside the George Finnie Stadium.

BW (0-1-2. 0-1-2 OAC) and Otterbein University (1-1-1. 1-1-1 OAC) played 110-minutes of scorless action.

The Cardinals outshot the Yellow Jackets by a 25-9 margin, inlcuding a 9-4 advantage in shots on goal.

In net for BW, sophomore goalkeeper Matt Weaver (Ontario) started the game and played in 34 minutes and had four saves before suffering an injury.  Sophomore netminder JT Brenneman (Willoughby/Wickliffe) came on in relief and made five saves.

The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Thursday, March 25 when they travel to Tiffin for an OAC match against Heidelberg University at 7 p.m.
