Men’s Golf Finishes 11th at Nye Intercollegiate

WOOSTER, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's golf team finished in 11th place at the Nye Intercollegiate hosted by The College of Wooster at the Wooster Country Club.

BW was 11th of 11 teams with a two-day total of 720 strokes on the par-72 and 6,545-yard Wooster layout.  

  • Senior Academic All-OAC Ryan Green (Conneaut/Edgewood) fired rounds of 79 and 86 for a two-round total of 165
  • Junior Brandon Eddy (Lewis Center/Olentangy) shot rounds of 92 and 91 for a two-round total of 183
  • Senior Trevor Mackey (Brunswick) had rounds of 103 and 88 for a two-round total of 191
  • Junior Logan Cook (Berea/Berea-Midpark) carded rounds of 90 and 102 for a two-day total of 192
  • Freshman Charlie DeCapua (Independence) posted identical rounds of 97 for a two-day total of 184

The Yellow Jackets close out the regular season portion of their schedule on Sunday and Monday, April 21 and 22 when they travel to Chardon to compete in the Dan Cashera Classic hosted by John Carroll University at the Sand Ridge Golf Club.
