Cross Country Opens 2018 Season at Wooster

BEREA, Ohio- Joe Eby will begin his fourth season as head coach on August 31 when his Baldwin Wallace University men's and women's cross country teams participate in the Wooster Invitational for the 11th straight season.

In the month of September, the teams will partake in a meet hosted by Akron University on September 8th and then they will travel to Williamstown, Massachusetts to compete in the William College Invitational on September 22nd. The final meet of the month will take place at the Annual All-Ohio Division III Championships hosted by Akron University on September 29.

Before championship season begins, the Yellow Jackets will take part in one final regular season competition at the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College on October 13.

On October 27, BW will travel to Alliance to compete in the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships hosted by the University of Mount Union.

The NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Championships, hosted by Franklin (Ind.) University, will be ran on Blue River Memorial Park in Shelbyville, Indiana on November 10. The NCAA Division III NCAA Championships are slated to take place on November 17 at Lake Breeze Golf Course (Oshkosh, Wisconsin) and will be hosted by the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Both the Yellow Jacket men's and women's squads finished fifth in the OAC in 2017. The men posted a 13th out of 36 teams finish at the Great Lakes Regional Championship, while the women finished 11th.
