HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Baldwin Wallace University women's tennis opened its annual spring break trip to Hilton Head with a pair of defeats in non-conference action.

The Yellow Jackets (0-7) opened the day and fell to Juniata (Pa.) College by a score of 8-1 and then ended its first day of competition with a 9-0 loss to NCAA Division I University of South Carolina-Upstate.

BW got its lone victory of the day when the number one doubles team of junior All-Ohio Athletic Conference and Academic All-OAC player Kelsey Blatt (Tallmadge) and junior Mackenzie Donalson (Hilliard/Davidson) posted a 8-5 victory against the Juniata team of Heather Waring and Rachel Yurchisin.

The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Tuesday, March 10 when they play their third of five matches in Hilton Head against Olivet (Mich.) College at 8:00 a.m.
