Hunt Earns First Academic All-OAC Selection

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio- Baldwin Wallace University women's golf sophomore Emily Hunt (Marysville) was named to the 2018 Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference team.

In order to be selected to the Academic All-OAC team, a student-athlete must be a sophomore or higher in class standing, maintain varsity status and have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA.

Hunt was included in the 41 spring student-athletes to be recognized.

The sophomore, who earns her first Academic All-Conference accolade, is an exercise science major who carries a 3.50 grade point average. She is a Dean's List student, a Jacket Scholar and a member of the Alpha Lambda Honor Society. In 2017-2018, Hunt played in all 18 rounds and 11 tournaments, finishing third on the team with a career-best 96.16 stroke average. She finished tied for 35th at the OAC Champions and shot a career-low 88 at the John Carroll Invitational.
