ALLIANCE, Ohio -- The Baldwin Wallace University women's golf team finished fourth at the University of Mount Union Spring Invitational at the Tannenhauf Golf Course.
BW was fourth of four teams with a round of 392 on the par-72 and 6,189-yard Tannenhauf layout. Mount Union was the champion with 333 strokes.
The Yellow Jackets were led by junior Grace Magee (Skaneateles, N.Y.) as she fired a round of 90 to finish tied for seventh. Sophomore Emily Hunt (Marysville) carded a round of 98. Graduate student Nikki Gannon (North Ridgeville) posted a round of 100. Freshman Maria Simon (Santa Cruz, BOLIVIA/Santa Cruz Cooperative School) tallied round of 104. Rounding out the top five was sophomore Hannah Durst (Madison) with a round of 107.
BW is back in action on Saturday, April 7 when it travels to Hudson to compete in the John Carroll University Spring Shootout at the Country Club of Hudson.
