BW Cross Country Teams Compete at Otterbein Invitational

WESTERVILLE, OHIO.  --  The Baldwin Wallace University women's cross country team competed today at the annual Otterbein Invitational hosted by Otterbein University.

The Yellow Jacket women totaled 317 points to rank 11th of 17 schools.

Leading the way for the women was sophomore Kali Fittro (Tiffin/Columbian) who finished 34th of 199 total runners in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 25:30.8.

Fittro was followed by senior Blair Vrcan (Mentor) in 62nd place in 26:29.6, senior Brooke Hradisky (Aurora) in 69th place in 26:48.3, sophomore Molly Rehor (Fairview Park/Fairview) in 93rd place in 27:24.3 and Lauren Hutka (North Ridgeville/Midview) in 104th place in 27:32.8.

The Yellow Jackets are back in action Friday, October 4th when they travel to Cedarville, to compete at the All-Ohio Cross Country Championships at 2:00 p.m.
