AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University men's lacrosse Head Coach Jason Tarnow has been named Co-Ohio Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.
Tarnow, who is named the OAC Coach of the Year for the first time, shares the honor with the Capital University head coach. He led BW to a 12-3 overall record and a second place finish in the OAC with a mark of 7-1. Tarnow, who started the BW men's lacrosse program in 2013, has a 51-21 overall record and a 19-7 OAC record in over the past five seasons. He led the 2016 team to the schools first OAC Regular Season championship and a school record 14 wins.
In his first 14 seasons as a head coach, Tarnow has an overall record of 123-72 and a winning percentage of .631. Prior to taking over the program at BW he was the head coach at The College of Wooster for nine seasons. At Wooster Tarnow finished with an overall record of 72-51.
