Greve Named First BW Men’s Lacrosse All-American

BEREA, Ohio –
Senior All-Ohio Athletic Conference defender of the Year Josiah Greve (Milford) has been named as the first Baldwin Wallace University men's lacrosse United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA)/Nike All-American.

The two-time OAC Defensive Player of the Year and four-time Ohio Athletic Conference first-team selection was an honorable mention selection. Greve is the first All-American from the OAC since its inception in 2014.  This season, he caused a team-high 30 turnovers and was tied for second on the team with 42 ground balls this season. The 2016 Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA) All-West Region first-team selection, wrapped up his career with a school record 139 ground balls and is second on the BW's all-time ground ball list with 185. Last season, Greve set a single-season school record with 47 caused turnovers.
