BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Kayla Harris played four years of volleyball at Baldwin Wallace University and earned four varsity letters.
ACADEMIC HONORS: Kalya is a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society and a Jacket Scholar. In 2013-2014, Kayla earned Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors. Kayla carries a 3.59 grade point average.
GENERAL VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION: During her four seasons at BW, Kayla helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 61-61 overall record. Individually, she appeared in 60 matches and 188 games and hit .169. She had 362 kills, 147 blocks, 68 digs and 11 assists.
As a freshman in 2010, Kayla played in her first season of volleyball. She played in fourteen games and recorded 7 kills, 2 set assists, and 3 digs for the Yellow Jackets as the middle hitter.
As a sophomore in 2011, Kayla played in her second season of volleyball. Kayla played in three total games as she recorded 5 kills, and 5 total blocks.
As a junior in 2012, Kayla played in her third season of volleyball. Kayla played in a total of 67 games as she recorded 147 kills and 451 total attacks.
As a senior in 2013, Kayla played in her fourth season of volleyball. Kayla played in 29 games as she recorded 203 kills and 1,289 total attacks.
HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Kayla Harris grew up in Lima, Ohio and graduated from Lima High School. Kayla played four seasons of volleyball and earned two varsity letters. She also earned three letters in basketball and one year in track.
Kayla was honorable mention All-Greater Buckeye Conference in volleyball as a senior. She was also honorable mention All-GBC in basketball as a junior and senior.
