BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2013-2014, Katie played her first season of volleyball at Baldwin Wallace University and earned her first varsity letter.
GENERAL VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2013-2014, played her first season of volleyball and earned her first varsity letter. She saw limited action as a middle and outside hitter. Katie appeared in five matches and eight games and hit .023 with nine kills and one dig. BW finished 11-18 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Katie Gathman grew up in Fairview Park, Ohio and graduated from Fairview High School. She played four seasons of volleyball and earned four varsity letters.
As a senior, Katie earned first-team All-Patriot Athletic Conference and honorable mention All-District honors. As a junior, she was second-team All-PAC. Katie also was twice named as the Fairview H.S. Most Valuable Player and once received the Best Offensive Player award.
Academically, Katie received an Academic Award.
