Women’s Lacrosse Falls to Otterbein

WESTERVILLE, Ohio—The Baldwin Wallace University women's lacrosse team hit the road to face Ohio Athletic Conference opponent Otterbein University and fell to the Cardinals in a barn burner by a score of 21-12 in Memorial Stadium.

BW Leaders (5-8, 3-3 OAC)

  • Sophomore All-OAC midfielder Deanna Loukas (Tuckahoe, N.Y./Eastchester) scored a team high 4 goals and added 1 assist.
  • Senior midfielder Sid Chamberlin (Wooster) also scored 2 goals and a team high 3 assists.
  • Freshman midfielder Taylor Miklos (Brunswick) scored 2 goals and added 2 assists.
  • Senior All-OAC goalkeeper Ashleigh Hildreth (North Tonawanda, N.Y./Sweet Home) led with 13 saves.

Otterbein Leaders (6-6, 4-2 OAC)

  • Junior All-OAC midfielder Emily Wilms scored a game high of 10 goals and 1 assist.
  • Senior All-OAC midfielder Macey Buchanan added 4 goals and 1 assist.
  • Junior midfielder Logan Fox scored 3 goals.
  • Freshman goalkeeper Maggie Nance led with 11 saves.
