Women’s Lacrosse Falls to Capital in OAC Opener

BEREA, Ohio – In its Ohio Athletic Conference opener, the Baldwin Wallace University women's lacrosse team was defeated by league leader Capital University by a final score of 18-5 on the Tressel Field inside the George Finnie Stadium.

BW Leaders (2-6, 0-1 OAC)

  • Junior midfielder Kaitlyn Hradek (Olmsted Township/Olmsted Falls) scored two goals
  • Sophomore All-OAC midfielder Deanna Loukas (Tuckahoe, N.Y./East Chester) scored two goals
  • Senior midfielder Sid Chamberlin (Wooster) scored a goal
  • Senior All-OAC goalkeeper Ashleigh Hildreth (North Tonawanda, N.Y./Sweet Home) recorded nine saves.

  • Senior midfielder Brooke Delara scored one goal and added three assists
