Men’s Lacrosse Second Half Surge Leads to Commanding Victory

BEREA, Ohio—The Baldwin Wallace Yellow Jackets men's lacrosse team played a non-conference matchup against Chatham (PA) University at Tressel Field in George Finnie Stadium and claimed victory in a commanding, rainy victory by a score of 18-7.

BW Leaders (4-3)

  • Freshman attacker Jake Schorling (Westerville/Central) had 4 goals in the game
  • Junior All-Ohio Athletic Conference attacker Kyler Byerly (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny) contributed 4 goals and 2 assists
  • Sophomore All-OAC attacker Jake Nanosky (Medina) added 2 goals and 3 assists
  • Junior All-OAC goalkeeper Joe Storner (Louisville, Ky./St. Xavier) saved 12 shots

Chatham Leaders (2-4)

  • Kyle Rullan scored 2 goals and added 1 assist
  • Adam Bleess contributed with 2 goals and 1 assist
