ACADEMIC MAJOR:   Finance

BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Brandon Gleim played his third season of men's basketball at Baldwin Wallace University in 2015-2016. He earned his third varsity letter.

BRANDON'S ROUTE TO BW:  Brandon came to BW after splitting his freshman year (2012-2013) at both Harding (Ark.) University and Columbus State (Oh.) University. He did not play basketball at either school.

GENERAL BASKETBALL INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2013-2014 Brandon played his first season of basketball at BW and earned his first varsity letter. He came off the bench as a guard and appeared in 19 games. He scored eight points, grabbed nine rebounds and passed for nine assists. He scored a season-high two points on four separate occassions. BW finished 14-13 overall.

As a sophomore in 2014-2015, Brandon played his second season of basketball at BW and earned his second letter. He came off the bench and played in 26 games and scored 3.9 points and grabbed 1.4 rebounds-per-game. He also had 20 assists, 19 three-pointers and 17 steals and shot 84 percent (21 of 25) from the foul line. BW finished 18-9 overall.

As a junior in 2015-2016, Brandon played his third season of basketball at BW and earned his third letter. He began the season as the starter at point guard, but an injury sidelined him for eight games. When he returned, Brandon came off the bench and added spark both on offense and defense. He averaged 8.9 ppg. and 1.7 rpg. with 35 three-pointers, 32 assists and 15 steals. He also shot 84.8% from the foul line (28 of 33). BW finished 16-11 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Brandon grew up in Hilliard, Ohio and graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School.

Brandon played four years of football and earned two varsity letters, played four years of basketball and earned three letters and ran one season of track and lettered.

In basketball, Brandon was an honorable mention All-Ohio Capital Conference selection.

In football, Brandon played quarterback and served as the holder on placekicks on a team that won the 2010 OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association) State Championship and captured Regional titles in both 2009-2010 and 2010-2011. As a junior in 2009-2010, he was second-team All-OCC and honorable mention All-District.

Brandon ran track as a freshman.

Academically, Brandon was a member of the Student Council for three years.
