BALDWIN WALLACE INFORMATION:

SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): As a sophomore in 2012, Joe will play in his second season of football. As a freshman in 2011, Joe competed in his first season of football as he earned a certificate of participation. 

ACADEMIC HONORS: Joe maintains an outstanding 3.966 grade point average and will be a candidate for both Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference and CAPITAL ONE Academic All-District 7 honors.

GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: BW has recorded an 8-2 record during Joe's first season in the Brown & Gold. He played on both the varsity and junior varsity teams on defense as a freshman.

As a sophomore in 2012, Joe will compete for a starting position at safety.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, SPECIFY SPORT & YEAR: (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.): In football as a senior, Joe was named as a Lake County TD Club charity game scholarship winner. He also was a Lake County News-Herald All-Star, selected to play in the Lake County Senior Bowl, served as a team captain and was a two-time Mentor High School Nick Popelas Award winner. In addition, Joe was named as the Mentor H.S. recipient of a National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame Scholarship.
