Four Men's Basketball Student-Athletes Named Academic All-OAC

BEREA, Ohio -- Four member of the Baldwin Wallace University men's basketball team have been named to the Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference team.

Seniors Ryan Walsh (Easton, Pa./Easton Area) and Zach Warner (Clyde) along with juniors Zack Brandy (Hudson) and Steve Johnson (Olmsted Falls) are four of the 17 BW winter sports student-athletes named as Academic All-OAC.

In order to be selected as Academic All-OAC, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cummulative grade point average,be in residence at the school for at least a year and maintain varsity status.

Walsh, a four-year letterwinner, earns his third Academic All-OAC honor.  He is an international business major.

Warner, a four-year letterwinner, earns his third Academic All-OAC honor. He is a pre-physical therapy and exercise science major. Warner had the highest GPA of any of the BW winter sports student-athletes.

Brandy, a three-year letterwinner, earns his second Academic All-OAC honor.   He is a finance major.

Johnson earns his second Academic All-OAC honor.  He is a finance major.
