BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Kyle Johnston will be entering his second season of wrestling at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014. Kyle will look to earn his first varsity letter.

GENERAL WRESTLING INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2012-13, Kyle compted in his first season of wrestling. Kyle saw a lot of time on the junior varsity squad where he totaled a 3-8 overall record. He had six takedowns, seven escapes and three reversals. For his efforts, Kyle earned his first certificate of participation.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Kyle Johnston grew up in Lancaster, Ohio and graduated from Lancaster High School. Kyle played four years of golf and four years of wrestling and earned  four varsity letters in each sport.  

Kyle was an Academic-Scholar earning a 4.0 grade point average his senior year. Kyle qualified for the District golf and wrestling tournaments his senior year. He was a captain on the wrestling team as a senior. On the wrestling mat his senior year, Kyle had a record of 44-7 and only gave up 5 takedowns.
