Women’s Golf in Sixth After Day One of OAC Championships

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio The Baldwin Wallace University women's golf team sits in sixth after day one of the three-day Ohio Athletic Conference Championships hosted by the University of Mount Union on the River Greens Golf Course.

BW is in sixth of six teams with a team score of 383 on the par-72 4,757 yard course. The University of Mount Union leads with a score of 342.

Freshman Allison Mills (Dover) led the way for the Yellow Jackets with an opening round score of 89. Freshman Alexis Wilkinson (Dover) shot a round of 95 and sophomore Grace Magee (Skaneateles, N.Y.) finished the day with a score of 96.

In addition, freshman Hannah Durst (Madison) carded a score of 103 and sophomore Erinn Maynard (New London) finished the day with a final of 107.

The OAC Championships continues on Saturday, April 21 on the River Greens Golf Course starting at 10:00 a.m.
