ACADEMIC MAJOR:   Criminal Justice

BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Mike Miller competed in his second season of track and cross country at Baldwin Wallace University in 2014-2015. He earned his second letter in both cross country and track and earned Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors in both cross country and track.

TRANSFERRED TO BW:  As a freshman in 2012-2013, Mike attended NCAA Division I Ohio University.

ACADEMIC HONORS: Mike carries a 3.64 grade point average, is a Dean's List student and a Jacket Scholar. He also is a member of the Chi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.

As a junior in 2014-2015, Mike earned Academic All-OAC honors in cross country and track.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2012-2013, Mike attended NCAA Division I Ohio University.

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Mike competed in his first season of indoor track. He had a season-best of 4:28.53 in the 1-mile run at the 2014 OAC Indoor Championship Meet.

As a junior in 2014-2015, Mike competed in his second season of indoor track. He had a career-best of 4:28.01 in the 1-mile run at the BW Mid-January Meet.

As a senior in 2015-2016, Mike is competing in his third season of indoor track.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2012-2013, Mike competed in his first season of outdoor track and earned his first varsity letter. He set season-bests in the 1500-meter run (4:06.63), 3000-meter run (9:07.09) and 5000-meter run (15:34.37).

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Mike competed in his second season of outdoor track and earned his second letter. He competed in the middle distance and distance races. He had career-bests in the 1500 meters (4:02.48), 3000 meters (8:59.29) and 5000 meters (15:21.90).

As a junior in 2014-2015, Mike did not compete in outdoor track.

As a senior in 2015-2016, Mike is competing in his third season of outdoor track and hopes to earn his third letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Mike Miller grew up in Strongville, Ohio and graduated from Strongsville High School.

Mike ran four years of cross country and track. He earned four letters in cross country and track.

Mike was All-Northeast Ohio Conference in cross country for two years and All-NOC in track for one year. He was the  in cross country and track. Mike was an Most Valuable Runner in cross country and track. He won the Strongsville H.S. Male Athlete of the Year award and was All-Academic All-Ohio in cross country.
