ACADEMIC MAJOR: Economics
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Michael Beidelman competed in his first season of outdoor (spring) track and field at Baldwin Wallace University in 2014-2015. The red-shirt junior and Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference student-athlete earned his first varsity letter.
ACADEMIC HONORS: Michael carries a 3.817 grade point average, is a Dean's List student and a Jacket Scholar. As a junior in 2014-2015, he earned Academic All-OAC honors.
ATHLETICS HONORS: As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Michael earned All-OAC honors (second place) indoors as a member of the 4x200-meter relay team. As a junior in 2014-2015, he ran on the 12th place 4x100-meter relay team at the 2015 NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championship Meet. He also earned United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches (USTFCCCA) All-Academic honors.
GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION: As a freshman and sophomore from 2011-2013, Michael attended Hood College in Fredrick, Maryland. He competed for two years in both indoor and outdoor track.
As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Michael competed in his first season of indoor track at BW. He is a sprinter. He ran season-bests of 7.20 seconds in the 60-meter dash and 23.07 seconds in the 200-meter dash. He also ran on the 4x200-meter relay team which placed second at the 2014 OAC Championships and set a BW school-record with a time of 1:30.18. He earned All-OAC honors.
As a junior in 2014-2015, Michael did not compete indoors due to an injury.
As a senior in 2015-2016, Michael is competing in his final season of indoor track.

Michael ran in one season of indoor track and field and earned one varsity letter. Michael also ran two seasons of outdoor track and field and earned two varsity letters. He was named Most Valuable Player and holds the 4x400 school record.
