Complete ABCA/Rawlings All-American Teams

BEREA, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University senior two-time American Baseball Coaches Association(ABCA)/Rawlings All-Mideast Region and two-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference right-handed pitcher Danny Cody (Medina/ Brecksville-Broadview Hts.) lands on ABCA's All-American second team.

Cody earns this recognition after a senior season where he led the OAC in wins(9), earned run average(1.89), and strikeouts(109). His 109 strikeouts places him atop BW's single-season strikeout record. This season the righty has made 15 appearances with 13 starts and dealt a team-high 85.2 innings. In his career, Cody has made 60 appearances with 33 starts, owns a 19-8 record with two saves, 262 strikeouts in 227 innings, and a 3.33 ERA.

BW finished its season with an overall record of 27-17 and an OAC mark of 14-4. The Yellow Jackets earned a co-share of the OAC regular season title and made their second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance. BW went 2-2 in the NCAA Regionals and fell to Concordia University of Chicago (Ill.) in the championship game.
