As a freshman in 2010-2011 Rachel played in her first season of soccer and earned her first varsity letter. She played in all 21 games, including 13 starts. She took 19 shots, including 12 on-goal, scored seven points and had two goals and three assists. The Yellow Jackets qualified for the Ohio Athletic Conference playoffs with a 7-10-4 overall record.
As a sophomore in 2011-12, Rachel competed in her second season of soccer and earned her second letter. She appeared in 19 games, took 23 shots, including nine on-goal, scored three goals and had four assists for 10 points. BW finished 11-9 overall and advanced to the OAC Tournament.
As a junior in 2012-13, Rachel played her third season of soccer and earned her third letter. She played in 19 matches, including 19 starts, took 26 shots, including 16 on-goal, scored two goals and had two assists for six points. For her efforts, Rachel was named second-team All-OAC. BW finished 12-3-4 overall.
As a senior in 2013-14, Rachel played her fourth and final season of soccer and earned her fourth varisty letter. She played in 19 matches, took 21 shots, including ten on-goal, scored two goals and had two assists for six points. BW finished up 14-5-1 overall and tied the school record for wins in a season.
HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Rachel Gokey grew up in Seville, Ohio and graduated from Cloverleaf High School. Rachel played four years of varsity soccer and lettered all four years. She also ran two years of track and earned two letters. Rachel earned first-team All-Suburban League honors as a junior and senior and second-team as a sophomore.
