ACADEMIC MAJOR: Early Childhood Education

BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a red-shirt sophomore in 2013-14, Carly's season was ended early due to an injury.

ACADEMIC HONORS:  As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Carly was named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference.  She carries a solid 3.7 grade point average. As a junior in 2013-14, Carly was named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference for carrying an outstanding 3.72 grade point average.

GENERAL SOCCER INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2011-2012, Carly was unable to compete due to injury. She will receive a medical red-shirt. BW finished 11-9 overall.

As a red-shirt freshman in 2012-2013, Carly played her first season of soccer and earned her first letter. She played midfield and appeared in 13 matches. She took three shots, including two on-goal, but did not score.  She was a key member of a defense that allowed just 12 goals in 19 matches and led the OAC with a 0.61 goals-against-average. For her efforts both in the classroom and on the field, Carly was named Academic All-OAC. BW finished 12-3-4 overall.

As a red-shirt sophomore, Carly competed in her second season of soccer.  She saw action in six matches and recorded one shot on frame.  Unfortunately, Carly had to sit the remainder of the season due to an injury. She was named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference for carrying an outstanding 3.72 grade point average.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Carly Norman grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and graduated from Central Dauphin High School. Carly played three years of soccer and basketball and earned five varsity letters, including three in soccer and two in basketball.

As a freshman in 2007-2008 and sophomore in 2008-2009, Carly helped Central Dauphin H.S. win both a District championship and then a PIAA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association) state title.
