Nine Men’s Volleyball Student-Athletes Named to Academic All-MCVL Team

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Nine Baldwin Wallace University men's volleyball student athletes have been named to the Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League (MCVL) All-Academic Team for the 2022-23 season.

In order to be selected as Academic All-MCVL, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.3 grade-point average and earned a varsity letter.

The nine student-athletes were the most in the three years of the program and were represented by six juniors, one sophomore and two freshmen.

In 2023, BW won its first-ever MCVL Regular Season and MCVL Tournament Championships with an overall record of 26-8 and a mark of 7-1 in the MCVL.  The Yellow Jackets advanced to the program's first-ever trip to the NCAA Division III National Tournament.
