ACADEMIC MAJOR: Forensic Biology

BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a senior in 2014-2015, Darryl Jones is competing in his second season of indoor (winter)n and outdoor (spring) track and field at Baldwin Wallace University. He hopes to earn his second varsity letter.

In the fall of 2014, Darryl played his fourth season of football and earned his third varsity letter. He was the starting tight end.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  As freshman in 2011-2012 and sophomore in 2012-2013, Darryl did not compete in track.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Darryl competed in his first season of track and earned his first varsity letter. He had season-bests of 6.92 seconds in the 55-meer dash, 7.82 seconds in the 60-meter dash and 25.18 seconds in the 200-meter dash.

As a senior in 2014-2015, Darryl is competing in his second season of indoor track.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD INFORMATION:  As freshman in 2011-2012 and sophomore in 2012-2013, Darryl did not compete in track.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Darryl competed in his first season of outdoor track and earned his first varsity letter. He had season-bests of 11.91 seconds in the 100-meter dash, 24.36 seconds in the 200-meter dash, 56.75 seconds in the 400-meter dash and 1:08.54 in the 400-meter intermediate hurdles.

As a senior, Darryl is competing in his second season of indoor track. He hopes to earn his second letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Darryl Jones grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Villa Angela-Saint Joseph High School.

Darryl played football and basketball for four years and ran track for two years. Darryl earned two varsity letters in each sport.

As a senior in 2010-2011, Darryl was named first-team All-North Coast League.
