Men's Golf Finishes Sixth After Rain Cuts Nye Intercollegiate Match Play Short

WOOSTER, Ohio. - The Baldwin Wallace University men's golf team headed to Wooster Country Club for the Nye Intercollegiate where the team placed sixth at the two day invitational. 

BW finished sixth out of 11 teams with a two-day total of 499 strokes after the competition was shortened down to 27 holes due to rain.

The top five leading BW:

  • Senior Academic All-OAC selection Henry Neumann (Broadview Heights / Padua Franciscan) totaled scores of 78 and 37 for a final of 115
  • Senior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC selection Logan Bratsch (Olmsted Falls) completed his rounds with scores of 80 and 37 landing him a total of 117
  • Junior All-OAC Ryan Green (Pittsburgh Pa. / North Hills) finished with rounds of 89 and 43 for a score of 132
  • Freshman Brandon Eddy tallied rounds of 89 and 46 for a total of 135
  • Junior Alex Baker (Pittsburgh / North Hills) ended the day with scores of 93 and 46 totaling for 139

BW returns to action on Monday, April 17th when they head to Shaker Country Club for the Dan Caschera Classic (John Carroll).
