SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): As a sophomore in 2011-12, Skyler competed in his second season of basketball for the Yellow Jackets and earned his first varsity letter.

ACADEMIC HONORS AT BW:  As a sophomore in 2011-2012, Skyler was named a Jacket Scholar as well as was inducted into the National College Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma.

GENERAL BASKETBALL INFORMATION: Skyler is off to a solid basketball career thus far. B-W has recorded a 25-26 record during his first two seasons as a Yellow Jacket. He has appeared in 20 games and has averaged 1.6 points per game and grabbed 1.1 rebounds per game. Skyler has recorded a career total of 30 points, one block, three assists and one steal.

As a freshman in 2010-2011, Skyler played in his first season of basketball.  He saw action in one game this season and looks to see more next season.

As a sophomore in 2011-12, Skyler competed in his second season of basketball for the Yellow Jackets.  He appeared in 19 games off the bench for B-W. Skyler averaged 1.1 points per game on .323 percent shooting, 10-31.  He grabbed 20 rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal. Skyler was tied in team-high rebounds with five against Marietta on a 93-74 win on December 3, 2011.

Vernon News Area.  As a sophomore, Skyler was first team All-League, first team All-District II, second team Central District, first team Mount Vernon News Area, and honorable mention All-Ohio.  As a junior in high school, Skyler was first team All-league, first team All-District II, second team Central District, first team Mount Vernon News Area, Player of the Year All-Leaue, Mount Vernon News Player of the Year, honorable mention All-Ohio.  As a senior in high school, Skyler earned first team All-League, first team All-District II, second team Central District, first team Mount Vernon news area, honorble mention All-Ohio, Mount Vernon News Senior Showcase, District II All-Star Game, League Champs, District Champs, Sweet 16.
