Today's Game --  BW plays its second straight home contest as it hosts an OAC game against Otterbein University on Homecoming.   The Yellow Jackets will look to get back on the winning path.

Series Notes --  BW and Otterbein have met 47 times on the gridiron.  The Yellow Jackets hold a 36-10-1 series lead, including snapping a Cardinal three-game winning streak. The series began in 1925 with BW defeating Otterbein, 7-0, in Berea. 

Last Meeting --  The last time BW and Otterbein met on October 24, 2015, the Yellow Jackets defeated the Cardinals by a final score of 56-20. BW outgained Otterbein 568-377 in total yards.  The Yellow Jackets held a 347-241 advantage in the air and a 221-136 advantage on the ground.

Scouting The Yellow Jackets
In week six of the season, BW scored 13 points on 166 yards passing, 155 yards rushing and 321 total yards. Muskingum scored 14 points on 171 rushing yards, 71 passing yards and 242 total yards. 

Yellow Jacket Statistical Leaders
Offensively, BW sophomore quarterback Jake Hudson (East Lake, Fla.) has completed 50 of 87 passes for 543 yards and four TDs.  Hudson also leads the team in rushing with 340 yards on 56 carries with two TDs. Senior wideout Mike Waggoner (Elyria) leads the receiving corps with 12 catches for 126 yards.

Defensively, senior linebacker Brian Stepp (North Royalton) leads the team with 54 tackles. Junior linebacker Sam Groff (Waynesburg/Sand Valley) is second with 53 stops.  Junior strong safety Trypp Washington (Orlando, Fla./First Academy) is third with 36 tackles.

Scouting The Cardinals
In week six of the season, Otterbein scored 45 points on 365 passing yards, 214 yards rushing and 579 total yards. Heidelberg scored 38 points on 364 passing yards, 108 rushing yards and 472 total yards. 

Cardinal Statistical Leaders
Offensively, Otterbein junior quarterback Logan Stepp has completed 94 of 158 passes for 1,269 yards with 10 TDs.  Stepp also leads the in rushing with 516 yards on 93 carries with eight TDs. Junior wide out Julian Lowe tops the receiving corps with 31 catches for 318 yards with five TDs.

Defensively, junior defensive back Steven Carpenter tops the squad with 46 tackles.  Senior linebacker Nick Toledo is second with 36 stops.  Sophomore linebacker Jake Harper is third with 35 tackles.
