Kari Basiewicz enters her fifth overall year as an assistant athletic trainer at Baldwin Wallace University in 2023-24. Basiewicz served as an assistant athletic trainer at BW from 2016-20.
She will serve as the athletic trainer for STUNT, track and field and women's soccer.
Basiewicz returns to Berea after serving as the associate athletic trainer at Norte Dame College for the past three years. While at NDC, she was the athletic trainer for baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s soccer, men’s and women’s swimming and diving and women’s lacrosse.
Basiewicz also has served as the assistant athletic trainer for Midpark High School and as CPR Instructor at Polaris Career Center.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Arts in education from the University of Connecticut.
Basiewicz is a member of National Athletic Trainers Association and Ohio Athletic Trainers Association.
