Cady Newman is in her first year as an assistant athletic trainer at Baldwin Wallace University in 2023-24.
Newman will serves as the athletic trainer for football, men's volleyball and women's lacrosse.
She comes to BW after serving as the assistant athletic trainer for Case Western Reserve University last season. Newman was the trainer for the Spartan men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s track and field and women’s volleyball teams.
She also was an athletic training summer intern for the Cleveland Browns during the 2021 and 2022 training camps.
Newman earned a Bachler of Science in athletic training from Kent State University.
She is a member of National Athletic Trainers Association and Ohio Athletic Trainers Association.
