NORTH CANTON, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's outdoor track and field team competed at the Walsh Tune-Up, hosted by NCAA Division ll Walsh University. The meet was unscored.

The Yellow Jackets individual events highlights included:

• Freshman Rylee Barno (Columbus / Bexley) finished second in the 800-meter run in a time of 2:19.52
• Junior All-Ohio Athletic Conference sprinter Abby Collier (Dublin / Coffman) placed third in the 100-meter dash in a time of 12.29
• Freshman All-OAC sprinter Bri Hay (Miami, Fla. / Miramar) finished fourth in the 100-meter dash in a time of 12.30

Field events highlights:

• Freshman Faith Timko (Wooster) placed sixth in the high jump with a mark of 1.50 meters

On the relay side:

• In the 4x400 meter relay crew, Barno, Collier, sophomore All-OAC distance runner Katie Plecko (Rootstown) and freshman Alanna Barnett (Sheffield Lake / Brookside) placed first in a time of 4:04.23

BW is back in action on Friday, April 26 as they compete in the 14th Ashland Alumni Open.
